Riders is the delivery component of Mollkom’s integrated commerce environment. Connect your own drivers to your store, assign orders and follow delivery progress alongside your commerce operations.
- Invite a driver and let them accept the connection.
- Link a driver to a store and, where configured, a warehouse.
- Assign deliveries and follow pickup, handover and cash records.
A driver can have one active store connection at a time. Store pairing requires the driver’s consent.

Rates, commission and settlement arrangements depend on the applicable service terms. No fixed percentage, minimum earnings, number of orders or payout date is promised here. Collected customer cash is separate from your delivery earnings.

You are responsible for accurate registration information and valid identity, driving, vehicle, insurance and work or delivery permissions required in your location. Keep them up to date before accepting work.
Read driver requirementsDocument review or account approval does not replace a licence, work authorisation or insurance. Mollkom remains responsible for obligations that applicable law places on the platform.
Is Mollkom Riders live?
The app is published on the App Store and Google Play. Riders is in pilot launch; wider operations are coming soon. Downloading or registering does not guarantee approval or access to orders.
Can I register from any country?
We plan to expand across countries. Registration currently uses the countries and cities enabled inside the app. Download availability and operational availability can differ. If your location is not listed, operations are not yet enabled there.
What documents do I need?
The current application asks for identity and driving licence documents and a vehicle photo. You must also hold any valid vehicle registration, insurance, work permission or delivery licence required locally, even if the app does not yet ask you to upload it.
Is there a verification process?
Applications enter a review process with pending, under review, approved and rejected statuses. Submission alone does not authorise deliveries. Review is not a government certification or a guarantee of every document’s validity.
Can I deliver for a merchant I already work with?
Yes. A merchant can invite a registered driver to connect to their store. You accept or decline in the app. The current model allows one active store connection at a time. Availability still depends on account approval and local activation.
What is the commission?
A universal commission percentage has not been announced on this page. Review the delivery amount and the applicable fees and settlement terms before accepting work. Earnings depend on completed deliveries and applicable terms.
When does the app use my location?
Location supports dispatch while you choose to stay online, including waiting for work, and during active deliveries. Tracking stops when you go offline or sign out. Customer-facing location sharing is limited to the customer’s active delivery.
