PILOT PROGRAM

Driver requirements & responsibilities

Prepare for the pilot with accurate information, valid documents and a clear understanding of the rules where you work. This page summarises requirements; the applicable service terms and mandatory local law govern.

01

Registration and document review

Provide truthful, complete information and your own documents. The current app requests identity and driving licence documents and a vehicle photo. Applications are reviewed before approval. Additional information may be needed. Do not use another person’s identity or share your account.

02

Local eligibility is your responsibility

Before any delivery, hold valid identity, driving licence, vehicle registration, required insurance and all applicable work, residency, business or delivery permissions. Follow road safety and local transport rules. Keep documents current and report relevant changes. Approval in the app does not issue or replace any government permission.

03

Pilot availability and country rollout

Riders is in pilot launch. Countries and cities are enabled in stages according to operational and applicable regulatory requirements. A store download or registration does not mean delivery operations are authorised in every country. Do not accept work where you lack the required permissions or where the service is not enabled.

04

Deliveries, customer information and collected cash

Safeguard goods in your custody, use customer information only for the assigned delivery and record delivery proof honestly. Follow the merchant’s authorised cash collection and handover process. Customer cash is held for reconciliation and is separate from delivery earnings. Report failures, missing goods, cash differences and safety issues through the available support channels.

05

Fees, earnings and merchant relationships

Review the amount, deductions and applicable settlement terms before accepting work. There is no guarantee of orders, income or a fixed commission on this page. Merchant pairing requires your consent. Employment status and the responsibilities of drivers, merchants and the platform depend on the actual relationship and applicable law, not solely on labels used in an app.

06

Platform responsibilities and your rights

Drivers are responsible for their own information, permissions and conduct. This does not remove Mollkom’s mandatory legal obligations or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Review the published terms and privacy policy. Country-specific operating terms and any required authorisations must be in place before local operations are expanded.

07

Privacy and help

Submit identity documents only through the app’s registration workflow. This site does not take document uploads or run advertising trackers. App location and document processing are covered by the published privacy policy. Contact info@mollkom.com for support or privacy@mollkom.com for privacy and deletion requests.
